Getting your kitchen or bathroom remodeled can be stressful, but we’ve adapted our process to ensure that you have a seamless and hassle-free experience.

Throughout the process, you’ll remain updated with real-time changes to your space, making sure to prioritize you and your needs. We communicate openly and transparently, as we would do with our closest friends and do our best to make you feel at home.

14 Easy Steps Towards A Home That Is Perfect For You And Your Family

We’ve explained our process below in detail so that you know what to expect when working with us.

1. Fill Out Our Form

The first step is getting in touch with us, filling out our form, and giving us some basic information about your project. We also ask that you send us some pictures of your current space and what you want it to ideally look like. Patti, our Customer Service Manager, will get back to you to help you schedule a phone consultation.

2. Phone Consultation

During the phone consultation, our team designer and co-owner Chris will help you shape your vision into something tangible. You’ll be discussing your project in-depth, talk about what problems you are dealing with in your space, and see what your end-goal is. We’ll then schedule an in-home consultation.

3. In-Home Consultation

During the in-home consultation, we’ll come to your house and start planning your project together. The in-home consultation comes with a fee that also includes the design service. After you meet the team and we inspect the space you want to remodel, we’ll talk about timeline, budget, and expectations, and start thinking about the design.

4. Design Phase

During the design phase, you’ll be working with Chris, who you talked with over the phone. He will help you design your kitchen and bathroom exactly how you want it. From storage spaces, to layout, to colors and accents – everything will be tailored for you.

5. Signing The Contract

After everyone is on the same page and we’ve answered any questions you have, we draft the contract and sign it.

6. Selection Phase

In this step, you get to choose from our wide selection of materials. We invite you for a showroom visit to pick out what styles and features are best in line with your taste and end goal.

7. Pre-Construction Meeting

Before we start doing any type of work or construction, we’ll have a meeting together with you to make sure everyone is on the same page and we are ready to move on to the next stage.

8. Pre-Job Walkthrough

The day before construction begins, we’ll have a site walkthrough to explain what will happen to your space and what you can expect for the remainder of the project timeline.

9. Protect Your Home

To ensure that we don’t damage or change any part of your home other than the project site, we set up the necessary equipment and take the precautions needed to keep your home safe and protected.

10. We Work Our Magic

We waste no time and get to work as soon as possible. We’ll work efficiently and with an eye for detail to make sure we create the vision you have for your space exactly how you want it. If anything is worrying you, or if something is unclear, we are more than willing to answer any questions you may have.

11. Post-Job Walkthrough

After construction is complete, we ask that you join us in a post-job walkthrough and inspect our work closely to make sure it’s perfect. If there’s anything that we missed, we’ll take care of it right away.

12. Our CLeaners Get To Work

Before we leave, we get a team of cleaners to clean the project site thoroughly and leave it spotless so that you can enjoy your new kitchen or bathroom as soon as possible.

13. Warranty

We stand behind our work and offer a 3-year labor warranty. All the materials we use also come with their own manufacturer warranty, so be sure to take advantage of that if applicable in the future. To make sure you’re happy with our work long-term, we check in with you after one week and after 6 months.

14. Follow-Up Plan

Now that everything is looking the part, get ready to enjoy and celebrate your new space together with your loved ones and be proud of your home.

In 2014, Len’s Remodeling Services did the remodeling work for my kitchen and master bath, and also installed hardwood flooring for most of the first floor in my home.

I was very pleased with that work, and decided to use Len’s services again for another remodeling project in the Fall of 2019.

That project involved the complete renovation of two bathrooms (a guest bathroom and a powder room) and the installation of new floor tile in the foyer and laundry room.

Part of Len’s offices includes a design center for floor and wall tile, cabinets, faucets and other types of fixtures.

The process of my working with a member of Len’s staff (Suzanne) in the design center to make all the selections of materials for my project was well-organized and helpful.

Once the project work began, there were good communications from the project manager (Charlie) to keep me posted on the work planned for the following day.
